Which players will break into Chelsea’s starting XI next season?

Premier League clubs now have one month to bring any new players in through the door with the transfer window set to close ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.

Chelsea have already added to their squad ahead of the new season but that will be it in terms of incomings unless the club’s appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport over their transfer ban is successful.

Fans are certainly looking forward to seeing Christian Pulisic in action going on his impressive displays for the United States in the Gold Cup, while Mateo Kovacic is well known following his year on loan from Real Madrid last term.

As well as the permanent additions of Pulisic and Kovacic, Frank Lampard has a number of players at his disposal with the likes of Kurt Zouma, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Michy Batshuayi returning from their respective loan spells.
